House Rules & Responsibilites
- Smoking Is Not Permitted Anywhere on Property
- No Parties/Events Allowed
- Quiet Hours: 10PM – 7AM
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed on property.
Booking & Fees
- Minimum Age to Rent: 35
- Children Allowed (Ages 0-17)
- Security Deposit Required of $500
- Guests are required to sign a Renter Agreement within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, the agreement must be signed before check-in information will be sent.
- Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If you change or cancel your booking, you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check In after 4:00 PM
- Check Out before 11:00 AM
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
